Overview
Material and construction
The outer is vegetable-tanned leather in a warm light brown, shaped into a rounded form and stitched along the edges. The inside is lined with sheep shearling, and a snap closes the case beneath the reel. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens and develops a patina as it ages. Made to order by LCW.
Use
Fit it over the reel whenever the rod is stored, carried or traveling in a rack. It keeps the reel wrapped in shearling between outings and makes it easy to pick out your rod at a glance.

Care
Wipe with a dry cloth and condition occasionally; vegetable-tanned leather darkens naturally with use. Let the shearling dry fully if it gets wet.
