Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe (all EU countries, plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $500 USD or more.
- $35 USD flat rate on orders under $500.
Rates are shown in US dollars at checkout. There are no other handling fees.
Made to order
Most of our pieces are crafted to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. The product page and checkout show the timeline that applies to your item. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees when it arrives. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We always declare shipments accurately.
Delivery problems
If your address needs correcting after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually update it before the order ships. If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, get in touch and we'll put it right with the carrier.
