Overview

Material and construction

The back plate and straps are leather, and the working surface is natural shearling with a dense pile. The straps pass behind the plate so it sits flat against the visor. Flies shown are for display and are not included.

Use

Strap the patch to a sun visor and set flies into the shearling as you change patterns through the day. By the time you get home they have had a chance to air out, ready to go back in a box. It works just as well laid flat on a tying bench.

Care

Let the shearling air-dry naturally and brush it gently to lift the pile. Wipe the leather with a dry cloth and condition it occasionally.
