Overview

Material and construction

The panels are cowhide suede, set on a black canvas base with mesh used in the construction. Tan stitching runs around the panels and seams, and the tool holders are stitched and riveted in place. Made to order by LCW. Check the safety requirements for your work or riding before use.

Use

Made for farriers and horse owners who trim and shoe their own horses. Keep a driving hammer in the side loop and a rasp or hoof knife in the pocket, with the suede panels sitting where the hoof rests between your knees.

Fit and measurements

Split-leg chap cut in a 25-inch length, set with a buckled waist belt and leg straps.
