How to measure

  1. Foot lengthWearing the socks you plan to wear, stand with your weight on both feet and your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe (not always the big toe) and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet and use the longer one.

  2. Foot widthStanding with your weight on both feet, measure straight across the widest part of your foot, usually the ball. Use the wider foot.

Measure late in the day, when feet are at their largest.

Overview

Material and construction

The vamp and shaft are rust calfskin with a rubbed finish, so lighter and darker tones shift across the surface and give each pair its own character. The boot is lined in calfskin for a smooth feel inside, and a dark brown heel and sole frame the warm upper. Each pair is made to order by LCW.

Styling

The rust tone is striking with denim of any wash. Wear the boots under flared or bootcut jeans for a long line, or tuck slim jeans in to show the full shaft. Cream, white and olive all sit well beside the warm leather, and a tan belt ties the look together.
