  2. WaistOver the clothing you will wear underneath, measure around your body at the height where the chaps belt will sit.

  3. Leg lengthWearing the boots you will ride in, measure from the height where the chaps belt sits, down the outside of your leg to the floor.

Chaps are worn over other clothing, so measure over what you will wear underneath.

Material and construction

Made from black cowhide leather with a pebbled grain. The front pockets are cut and stitched like jeans pockets and finished with a rivet, so the chaps echo the denim they are worn over. The legs are built in two panels joined at the knee, and the pebbled grain gives a relaxed, textured surface that softens as the chaps are worn.

Styling

A dependable riding staple: wear over blue or black jeans with a leather jacket and boots. The simple lines also make them an easy base for adding a vest, gloves or a braided belt. Brown or black engineer boots both suit the classic shape, and a plaid flannel shirt suits cooler-weather rides in the fall.
