Overview
Material and construction
Smooth black leather cut in curved vertical panels, with seams that run from the underbust to the top of the hip. A front busk opens and closes the corset without undoing the back, where the laces run through a line of metal grommets and finish in long ties.
Styling
Worn over a black top and trousers, as pictured, it adds shape to simple basics. It also layers over a long black gown for themed events and costume parties, or over a lace-trimmed slip dress for evenings. Because it is short, it sits neatly under an open cardigan or jacket too.
