Overview
Material and construction
Made from chestnut leather in three layers, with black leather binding stitched around the edges and tonal contour stitching across the palm. The back of the cuff carries a black panel set with a round eagle patch. The black fringed tassel hangs from a chestnut strip and detaches at a snap. Check the safety requirements for your work or riding before use.
Use
Designed for falconry and bird handling, worn on the hand that carries the bird. The longer cuff suits falconers who want leather higher up the arm, and the D-ring gives a fixed point for the leash. The tassel is traditional and also makes the glove easy to pull off.
