These terms
These terms apply when you buy from leathercraftwear.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits or removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our products
Most of our pieces are made to order. Leather is a natural material: grain, texture and shade vary from hide to hide, so your piece may differ slightly from the photographs — that variation is a mark of real leather, not a defect. Screens also display colour differently. Garment measurements are listed on each product page; see our size guide before ordering.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example where an item cannot be made, a pricing or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If anything changes about your order, we will tell you as soon as possible.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the price you pay at checkout. Shipping is charged as set out in our shipping policy. Depending on your country, your order may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by your customs authority and are your responsibility. If we discover a genuine pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
Delivery
Delivery destinations, rates and timelines are set out in our shipping policy. An item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Our returns policy sets out how to return or exchange an item, including the 14-day cancellation right for UK and EU customers and the exception for pieces made to your own measurements. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent local law.
Our content
The content of this site — text, photography, graphics and the Leather Craft Wear name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we want to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
